PT X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kontraktor minyak dan gas bumi yang menyediakan jasa yaitu slickline services dan data acquisition di Indonesia yang berlokasi di balikpapan. Implementasi Terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja tentunya merupakan hal yang penting untuk dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan pekerja terhadap implementasi program K3 pada perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja PT X, dengan total sampel 30. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa korelasi antara pengetahuan dan implementasi K3 pada pekerja operator PT X yaitu sebesar R 0.653. Dimana pengaruh variabel pengetahuan terhadap variabel implementasi K3 yaitu sebesar 40.3 persen. Terdapat hubungan antara variabel pengetahuan dengan implementasi K3 dengan nilai P value 0.002, di mana p valuae kurang dari dari 0.005. Rekomendasikan yang dapat diberikan adalah diperlukan adanya pelatihan rutin untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan pekerja dengan kondisi tertentu seperti pelatihan emergeny drill,pelatihan first aid serta meningkatkan komunikasi antar rekan kerja agar pekerja lebih berani untuk menegur rekannya jika ada yang bertindak tidak aman.
PT X is a company engaged in the oil and gas contractor sector that provides slickline services and data acquisition in Indonesia, which is located in Balikpapan. Implementation of occupational health and safety is certainly an important thing to do. The aim of this study is to descibe the relationship between the level of knowledge of workers on the implementation of the K3 program at the company. Based on the results of the study, it was found that significant relation between knowlaege and implementation of OHS with p value 0.002 and correlation R 0.653. Recommendations that can be given are that there is a need for regular training to increase worker preparedness for certain conditions such as emergency drill training, first aid training and to improve communication between co-workers so that workers are more courageous to warn colleagues if someone acts unsafely.
